Ovations to the Lily’s Cafe Group for challenging the City of Malibu’s boisterous political circles.
From scrutinizing the generality of the text in the proposed $15,000,000 bond issue, I observe that the bond money may be used for low-income housing.
Has the City of Malibu taken into consideration in their master plan low-income housing using these bond moneys? Can the Coastal Commission direct the $15,000,000 bond money to be used for low-income housing or at least the $2,500,000 set aside for development? We poor struggling out-of-work actors want to know.
