Letter to the Editor

I want to thank the city council for providing an intelligently and well-planned opportunity to allow us of all ages to speak our opinions. It was civilly conducted and was a pleasure to attend.

We live in a semi-arid environment and we should honor it by planting something into it, and not placing something onto it. Please visit the Huntington Gardens and Library and allow yourself to be astonished by the unique beauty of its cactus garden.

Let Malibu plant our cactus garden. We can hold monthly meetings and learn much about the advantages of planting cactus and be inspired to plant cactus in our gardens.

Plant Cactus. Conserve Water.
