Students at Juan Cabrillo Elementary School recently took part in a Spring Camp at the Getty Villa, where they had the opportunity to view classic art and scenic gardens. In celebration of Earth Day, the students hiked in the Trancas area.
In addition to celebrating spring, Juan Cabrillo students recently took part in nutrition week. Students from kindergarten through fifth grade learned about making healthy food choices and reading labels and tasted nutritious new foods.
