The City of Malibu Senior Center will start offering piano lessons on Friday afternoons beginning Sept. 7.
According to a release from the city, the private lessons are tailored to each student’s musical needs. Additionally, the lessons can help increase hearing ability, exercise visual muscles and improve coordination ability between the left and right hand, the release says.
Participants can set up 45-minute lessons with instructor Jasmin Rezai at the Senior Center. The lessons will take place at the senior center Fridays between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. and cost $30 per session.
