Students in Juan Cabrillo Elementary School’s before and after-school program successfully gave holiday cards to hospitalized children at Mattel Children’s Hospital at UCLA.
Teacher Zoe Langley teamed with Alessandra DeClario and Clarice Bruno to make the exchange possible.
The children at the hospital will make return cards in hopes that it will lead to a pen pal program.
