Does this builder know something that the rest of us don’t?
I’m sure we read in your paper that the lawsuit brought against the city and the builder for a property on Carbon Beach stated the building permit was issued incorrectly and with the wrong string line. I can’t help but notice a six-day a week increased activity going on ever since that decision was handed down. The judge sent the case back to the City Council to make a decision consistent with the findings. Why then this rush? Does this builder not feel a need to wait for the City Council’s ruling like other construction companies?
Me thinks there’s something fishy going on at the beach, and it ain’t grunions. More like, ummm, sand dollars.
