The following was addressed to Emily Gosnell. This is a fan letter for you. I cut out your poem, “By the Sea,” to send to my two young granddaughters. I think that your poem, “By the Sea,” is extraordinary at any age; and at the age of 16, I am astonished at your talent. Please keep writing always. You have a great future in writing if that is what you wish to do with your life. I am greatly blessed by reading your poem.
