The Food and Drug Administration is about to allow meat and dairy products into America’s grocery aisles that comes from cloned animals. This is unacceptable and outrageous. They are not even planning to label this “food” as coming from a scientific experiment. Consumers will have no idea that their food is from a DNA deformity and not from God’s gift to the earth. It is our birthright to eat real food that has not been grown by a bunch of mad scientists and injected with who knows what.
The American public must respond to this. The FDA is waiting to see the reaction of the American people. They have been quoted in the L.A. Times as saying that they want to hear from the public before giving final approval. Personally, I only eat organic foods but I am willing to fight this because no person should unknowingly eat potentially dangerous experiments. There is simply not enough research on this and some studies have shown that there is a risk and concern about the safety of this so-called ‘food.’
Silence is approval, and if people do not stop this then it will give the FDA the green light to go ahead with this ghoulish plan. Please take a brief moment to e-mail, write, or call the FDA with your protest. If Americans do not voice themselves over this then the next time it will be something even more dangerous or immoral that will be allowed into our homes and bodies. The FDA is supposed to protect Americans. They have no right to give us mutant experiments, slap a label on it, and call it food.
