On Saturday, Bank of Books hosted story time with local author Karen Smythe, who read and signed copies of her children’s book, “Fredrick the Butterfly.” Members of the Malibu Monarch Project attended the story time session to share about their mission to bring back the monarch butterfly to Malibu.
