Fifth-grade students from Our Lady of Malibu (OLM) School visited Thomas Vandergon in the Pepperdine University science lab for a day of educational fun. At the lab, OLM students learned about chemical elements, the strength of matter and electricity. The young scientists also built spaghetti bridges, played with magnets and conducted flame tests on different elements.
