T-shirt mogul and fashion minimalist James Perse has put his mother’s farmhouse style home in Point Dume up for lease at $25,000 a month, the Malibu Real Estate Blog reported.

The expansive private property features a large yard, vegetable gardens, a pool and a spacious kitchen. The house is located a short ride to Little Dume Beach.

James Perse owns a clothing store in the Malibu Lumberyard.
