The Malibu Association of Realtors held its General Membership Meeting earlier this month at Duke’s Malibu. The meeting was sponsored by Affiliate Member Jack Turturici Jr., a commercial real estate broker with Sperry Van Ness. He arranged for an associate to speak about 1031 exchanges. The featured speaker was attorney Meriem Hubbard of the Pacific Legal Foundation, who spoke about the work the PLF is doing to protect private property rights.
