Webster Elementary School recently announced its winners in this year’s National PTA Reflections Program, an arts recognition and achievement program for students. The theme was “Wow!” and students were encouraged to express the theme through original writing, musical composition, photography, visual arts, dance choreography and video/film production. From more than 100 participants, those placing first, second and third in the Webster competition will advance to compete with other elementary schools in the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District.
