There are two versions of the La Paz proposal for the 15-acre property located on Civic Center Way between Papa Jack’s State Park and the Malibu Library. The larger, 132,000 square foot, version includes donation of 2.3 acres of land, Parcel C, for Malibu to build a City Hall.
