The Malibu Times said goodbye to two summer interns, Katianna Tron and Maya Silardi.
During the summer internships, Tron and Silardi wrote news briefs for our website, learned social media management and interviewing techniques and also published print articles. Tron’s most recently published article detailed a children’s choir trip to Europe, “MUSYCA Children’s Choir serenades overseas,” and Silardi wrote a piece on the summer adventures of local students, “An unforgettable summer.”
Tron will resume studying at the College of William & Mary, and Silardi will return to Malibu High School on Thursday, Aug. 20.
