JEWISH FREE LOAN HELPS FIRE VICTIMS Interest-free loans for individuals up to $15,000 and small businesses and institutions up to $75,000

LOS ANGELES, CA, December 1, 2018— Jewish Free Loan of Los Angeles is offering interest-free loans to LA and Ventura county residents, of any faith, affected by the recent fires. Individuals are eligible for up to $15,000 and small business owners and institutions may seek up to $75,000. Borrowers do not need collateral for an interest-free loan. Instead, borrowers should seek 1-2 loan guarantors with good credit to sign on the loan.

“We are all devastated by the destruction caused by the recent fires. Our loans can be used for rent and security deposits, moving expenses, household items, car purchases, furniture or anything that would be helpful, “says Rachel Grose, Executive Director.

Applying for an interest-free loan begins online at jfla.org with a pre-loan application. Jewish Free Loan will review completed loan applications on a weekly basis to ensure a timely turnaround.

Jewish Free Loan is the only non-sectarian interest-free lending organization in Los Angeles, offering loans since 1904 for emergencies, housing, students, dental, medical, children with special needs, home healthcare, women fleeing domestic violence, and life cycle event loans. There are no fees and there is no interest ever.
