Residents Zachary and Irene Lodmer (pictured) have announced the birth of their son, Benjamin Nathaniel Lodmer. Born June 9 and weighing in at six pounds, seven ounces, Benjamin's grandparents are longtime Malibuites Emily and Sheldon Lodmer (founding president of Malibu Jewish Center and Synagogue), and Carl and Lily Shakhnis of Bel-Air.
