In spite of my repeated requests that they not do so, the opposition to Measure M has used my name on their ballot statement. I feel that the statements made in their ballot argument and their literature are false and misleading.
After reviewing the Bay Company agreement, I feel I can easily support Measure M. I think it is Malibu’s last chance to not only reduce development but an opportunity to buy the Chili Cook-off and turn it into a central park.
