Malibu Rotary Club Treasurer Joy Arcensas delivered a presentation about the charity she founded in 2014, The ART of Giving. ART stands for accountability, responsibility and transparency. The charity donates backpacks of school supplies to children in need in the Philippines, where Arcensas is from. Rotarians offered donations to the cause.
