It seems Hollywood can’t let go of their Malibu homes fast enough.

Actor Edward Norton—who recently lent his voice to Wes Anderson’s upcoming “Isle of Dogs”—listed a “two-story surf shack” for sale, going for a cool $5.1 million, according to Realtor.com. Norton originally purchased the place for $2.7 million. It has a wide deck, which opens up to the beach at Las Flores. Just last year, he purchased an $11.8 million dollar beachfront property in Malibu Colony.

Oscar-nominated actor Billy Bob Thornton also put his home up for sale at $2.3 million. Built in 2002, the single-family home is located in a Point Dume gated community, near Pacific Coast Highway and down the road from Paradise Cove Cafe.
