The Malibu Rotary Club hosted Rotary Peace Fellow Scott Martin as its featured speaker at the Nov. 8 meeting. Martin, a graduate of the Rotary Peace Centers program at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand, is a founder of “Mediators Beyond Borders” LA chapter.
