Caltrans maintenance crews work to replace a traffic pole that was knocked over in a crash on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at the intersection of Morning View Drive and Pacific Coast Highway. Four people were injured in the crash, including a 11-year-old boy who was thrown from one vehicle that overturned.Â
