Point Dume Marine Science School fifth-graders get ready for a snorkeling adventure in Toyon Bay during a three-day camp at the Catalina Island Marine Institute.

In addition to daily snorkeling trips, the students spent time in the lab with marine biologists. They were also treated to a surprise visitor when an island bison walked through camp.
