Eleven fifth graders from Webster Elementary School won first place at the Ballroom Madness Competition that took place at Santa Monica High School’s Barnum Hall on Friday. The students competed with John Muir and Will Rogers Schools students and performed five different dances: the foxtrot, the merengue, the swing, the tango and the rumba.
