“Well, actually, I don’t generally make New Year’s resolutions, but if I were to say something it would be to keep living in gratitude every day, enjoying one day at a time. My resolution is pretty much a daily thing. I meditate daily, or try to, and I practice yoga every single day of my life. I love it!”

John Savage, Malibu resident/actor

“I don’t do New Year’s resolutions. I have a way of being scared before the new year gets here, and usually just the fear alone, for lots of reasons, the old year where I made lots of mistakes, blah, blah, blah. I lose weight, which is what I plan to do if I make a resolution, so the fear itself before the new year brings a lot of things together! And hopefully I continue this life that I’ve been given for another year. Eat ice cream for 2012.”

“Well, I have many. The most realistic and achievable one would be to have Siri on my iPhone understand me! I don’t know why she doesn’t understand me. It must be my accent or my tone of voice. I’m going to get along with her, that’s my task for t=he year! The big picture is to have peace, calm my mind, and hopefully that will calm other people and we’ll have peace.”

Mark Alexander Frydrychowski, former Pepperdine law student/guitarist

“Same thing I do every year, try and take over the world. If that doesn’t work I’ll move to Europe. By the recent indicators, I’m about seven steps into 100 steps of taking over the world. It’s an ongoing resolution I have to reaffirm every year.”

“I have so many. I think that my New Year’s resolution would be to just be completely present, loving, whatever it is, now and let everything else go. Life is getting sweeter and sweeter, I’m very grateful!”
