[Update: 10:00 p.m.] Traffic is moving in both directions on PCH following an earlier crash.
Pacific Coast Highway is closed in both directions in Eastern Malibu due to a collision involving two pedestrians and a bystander at 20310 PCH, right outside Moonshadows.
The vehicle also crashed into a fire hydrant, spraying water across the roadway where LA County Fire Department crews are working to stop the water, according to Deputy Robone at the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff Station.
Two of the victims were brought to local hospitals by ground transport and a third was transported by air. None have life threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was not intoxicated and is cooperating with law enforcement.
“The driver remained on scene and was not intoxicated,” Robone said.
“I don’t know when [PCH is] going to be open,” he added.
