Bright lights, red carpet dazzle and a good cause — what more could you ask for? Malibu’s Camille Grammer joined multiple sclerosis (MS) advocate Nancy Davis, designer Tommy Hilfiger and a ballroom full of scenesters at this year’s Race to Erase MS bash. “Top Dawg” Randy Jackson, “DWTS” “It Girl” Rumer Willis and a trio of Osbournes — Sharon, Jack and Kelly — were appropriately decked out, front and center.

The 22nd Annual Race to Erase fundraiser supports Nancy’s Center Without Walls program. The organization consists of top MS research centers working as a team to find a cure for the debilitating disease.

For 2015, Nancy had a warm embrace for Randy Jackson and “Mrs. O,” as she’s affectionately known on her popular chat show.

Anne Heche and James Tupper, Paris Hilton, G. Hannelius and Rowan Blanchard were also on the bill.

Well-toned Rumer mingled in the crowd along with Frances Fisher, Francesca Eastwood, Carmen Electra, Lea Thompson and Cheryl Burke.

YouTube and music sensation MattyB opened the night with his hit song “Turn Up the Track.” Disney Channel stars G. Hannelius and Rowan Blanchard welcomed the singer to the stage. Next Sharon, Kelly and Jack Osbourne opened the night’s remarks and spoke about the progress the doctors at Nancy’s Center Without Walls are making in curing the disease. The founder then welcomed her guests and generously thanked those who made the night possible, encouraging everyone to remain hopeful that their hard work will pay off.

Ally and Ricky Hilfiger took the stage to introduce the Medal of Hope recipient, who happens to be their dad, Tommy Hilfiger. They spoke about his dedication to cure this disease and his hope for the future. TH accepted the award on behalf of his sister, who is one of many who suffers from MS. He thanked longtime pal Nancy for the honor, saying, “She is the one who carries the orange flag 24/7 and really fights for a cure for this disease.” He added, “I really believe the 11 drugs that have already come out are just the beginning because of the fact that she created Center Without Walls.”

Race to Erase MS included a live auction called by Anne Heche and James Tupper, during which lucky bidders walked away with items including great getaways to Hawaii and Greece and a stay on an Illusions Yacht. The big item of the night was a Bespoke Aston Martin Vanquish.

Race to Erase MS continued its legacy of incredible musical performances this year. Longtime Race To Erase MS supporter Randy Jackson introduced white-hot Rita Ora. The artist sang hits including “Doing It,” “I Will Never Let You Down” and “Black Widow.” Finally, Grammy Award-winning artist Ne-Yo was introduced by Paris Hilton and sang an incredible set, which included hits “Sexy Love,” “So Sick,” “She Knows,” “Let Me Love You,” “Miss Independent” and more.

In keeping with tradition, the evening ended with an uplifting rendition of “Lean On Me.” It was performed as the finale of the evening, led by Rita Ora and Ne-Yo, who were joined on stage by Nancy Davis, Tommy Hilfiger and their special guests.

The evening raised a whopping $1.7 million to make MS a thing of the past. So hats off to Nancy, Tommy and the crew for all their hard work.
