The Malibu Search and Rescue (SAR) team in cooperation with other agencies successfully saved a 50 year-old man from a trail in Chesboro Park in Agoura Hills after he fell and suffered moderate injuries on Wednesday, Aug. 26.
Malibu SAR, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department (LASD) and the Los Angeles Count Fire Department (LACoFD) as well as other local agencies brought out their assets to assist in the rescue efforts.
Ultimately, a LAFD rescue helicopter located the man and took him to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment.
