Competing for California

Miss Malibu Teen USA Kaylyn Slevin will be competing in the 2018 Miss California USA pageant this upcoming weekend. Slevin is vocal for two charities: Heal the Bay and Hazing Prevention. She was dressed by Malibu designer Jeff Garner of Prophetik.
