Malibu and surrounding areas have been placed under a wind advisory by the National Weather Service until 2 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon.
Gusts up to 35 MPH and winds up to 25 MPH could develop along the local coastal plain “from Malibu to the Hollywood Hills,” according to officials. Drivers are advised to be aware of high winds while driving, especially on winding roads throughout Malibu.
