Cher, one of Malibu’s most famous residents, celebrated her 67th birthday Monday.
On her Twitter page, she thanked fans for a flurry of well wishes and “all the love.”
The “Believe” singer and Oscar-winning actress is currently preparing to release a new single in June and full-length album in September. Though she’s called Malibu home for many years, her sprawling compound off of Pacific Coast Highway is reportedly on the market for $41 million. She also reportedly has a condo up for sale in Venice and recently sold another home in Los Angeles.Â
Cher recently denied rumors via Twitter that fellow superstar Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z had purchased the Malibu home.Â
