Bay Cities Beauty Supplies and Chamber of Commerce officials along with customers participate in the Aug. 22 ribbon cutting for the business’ grand re-opening. Bay Cities was destroyed in April 2005 by a fire that harmed several businesses in Cross Creek Plaza. The store has been in the same location since it was opened by Sandra Sampson in 1982.
