I have read with great interest many, many recent letters to the editor in regard to the apparent upheaval at The Malibu Stage Company. I find them quite disheartening, to say the least.
It appears that many people, including Jackie Bridgeman and Charles Marowitz, have contributed much of their time, effort and money over the years so that we would have quality theatre here in Malibu .There also appears to be a good bit of truth to what everyone has been saying in these letters. Perhaps at some point those involved will be able to get along and start fresh, for the good of the community.
In the meantime, isn’t it time these letters stopped? It only demeans all of us to read these assaults and accusations. Enough is enough.
