Malibu locals worked with the Red Cross to run supplies into the city from shelters at Pierce College and Palisades High School over the weekend, following the Woolsey Fire. Wendy Sweetmore described being most grateful for “the people that will forever remain nameless, that we met along the way, and exchanged supplies for stories, of how they were saving a neighbor’s house who they don’t even know.”
