Dr. David Frankel, one of the ER trained physicians at the Malibu Urgent Care, recently took the time to meet and to share his knowledge of urgent health care with members of the Optimist Club. The club will celebrate on Oct. 11 its annual Installation of Officers for both the adult service club and the Junior Optimists from Malibu High School. The barbecue event will take place at Zuma Canyon Orchids at 11:30 a.m..
