On Sunday, April 24, The Cornucopia Foundation’s Malibu Farmers Market hosted an Earth Day Celebration for locals and visitors.
Earth Day-themed educational demonstrations took place throughout the day at a variety of informational booths, including City of Malibu, Malibu Chamber of Commerce, Energent Services, Poison Free Malibu, Los Angeles County Waterworks District, Sunrun Solar Energy Company, Malibu Monarch Project and more. Van Nuys FIAT 500e electric cars were showcased as well.
The regular assortment of handcrafted specialty items and rows of organic vegetables, fruits, cheeses and more were available for attendees to purchase.
