Pacific Coast Highway has been fully reopened in Pacific Palisades nearly one day after the PCH Fire forced a shutdown of northbound lanes and narrowing of southbound lanes. According to Sigalert, the “incident was cleared” at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
