Dolly Maude Seay, former owner of Neptunes’ Net Restaurant, died on Dec. 24. She was 82.
Seay was born on Dec. 6, 1924 in Irish Creek, Virg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, and son, Paul Jr, of Malibu. She is survived by daughters Linda Bell of Malibu and Anita Gabrie of Grass Valley; grandchildren Kloie Karels and Kaya Ramos of Santa Monica, Amber Green of Henderson, Nev. and Grant Gabrie of Chico and great-grandchildren, Scarlett Ramos and Alana Green. Seay is also survived by longtime family friends, Doug Olson of Malibu, and Robert Townsend of Grass Valley.
There will be a memorial service at 11:30 a.m. on Friday at Malibu United Methodist Church, located at 30128 Morningstar Dr., with a reception immediately following. Flowers may be sent to Valley Oaks Mortuary in Westlake or in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heal the Bay.
