Malibu High School’s first recipient of the Dusty Peak Environmental Leadership Scholarship, Hayden Kessenich, graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz with degrees in both marine biology and environmental studies.
Kessenich plans to travel to Southeast Asia and Australia for 12 months before pursuing a career in environmental consulting.
