Malibu Canyon Road was opened nearly 50 years ago and now, just when our Coastal Commission’s LCP has deemed that building a new home in the view shed of a Scenic Highway is illegal, Malibu Canyon Road suddenly, after 50 years of relative obscurity, becomes a posted Scenic Highway. Hmmmm.
