Road work may affect late night commuters as utility work begins tonight, Aug. 28, on Kanan Dume Road, north of Pacific Coast Highway at 9 p.m.
Crews with Southern California Edison will be relocating an existing utility pole on the northbound side of Kanan Dume Road, according to a release from the city of Malibu.
Lane closures and traffic control should only last through the evening and will be in effect through 5 a.m.
