Ninety-five-year-old World War II veteran Leon Cooper recently returned from a trip to Japan to visit and reconcile with former enemy, 98-year-old Japanese World War II veteran Nishimura.
Cooper’s mission to help uncover and identify remains of missing veterans has been featured in countless articles and documentaries, with the latest film “Return to the Phillipines,” narrated by Ed Harris.
