The St. Francis Medical Center Foundation has named local Mary Beth Garber as the new chair of its Board of Trustees. After serving as a member of the board for many years, Garber assumed her new role on Sept. 8. The St. Francis Medical Center is a nonprofit heath care institution based in Lynwood.
