PCH lanes reopen
The eastbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway off Decker Canyon Road have been re-opened. One of the westbound lanes remains closed, but a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department official said it would be opened within the hour.
The portion of the highway was closed due to a fatal two-car collision that occurred this morning. One person was killed in the crash. No information has been released about the individual.
