Dennis Torres, current head of real estate operations at Pepperdine University and former Malibu Rotary Club president, published his book, “The Amazon of Ray Goldberg Rivera,” in November. He came to speak to the club at its Feb. 7 meeting. The book is available for purchase on Amazon.
