It has been such a positive difference in driving around Malibu to have Civic Center Way open again. Not fully understanding why it was ever closed in the first place, it is so much more convenient to have that road to use. Following the road closure issue via articles and letters in your paper, thanks are certainly in order to the people involved with Citizens to Reopen Civic Center Way and the part they played in getting the road opened again. As a Malibu resident for many years, I especially commend the vote of the council members in response to what people in Malibu were calling for-to once again have the use of Civic Center Way. I hope that in future the council will continue to listen to the people in Malibu on issues that concern everyone who lives here.
