Former Malibu resident Juanita Mahoney died on Oct. 24.
Mahoney was born in Chicago. She lived in Malibu for 25 years before moving to Cedar Ridge, Calif., where she has resided for the past 16 years.
Mahoney was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Stanley Mahoney. She is survived by a cousin, a stepson and three step-granddaughters.
A memorial service for Mahoney will be conducted at a later date. Inurnment will be at the Valley Oaks Pierce Brothers Cemetery in Westlake Village.
