Malibu resident Diana Armstrong submitted this photo (taken by Brian Armstrong) of a vehicle in a precarious position off the shoulder, with the caption “Latigo Cove car on cliff.” According to Armstrong, two vehicles nearly went over the side, one right after the other, on Friday afternoon.
