Former child star Eve Plumb has turned a tidy profit selling her Malibu beach house, according to multiple sources.
The tiny bungalow was bought at the height of her career starring in “The Brady Bunch” television show.
At just 11 years old, the actress known for playing middle daughter Jan Brady, purchased the cottage on Escondido Beach for only $55,000. The 850 square foot home with no heat or air conditioning just sold for $4 million.
The new owners however are not interested in the home’s ’50s-style charm. It’s all about “location, location, location” because the home will be razed to make room for an ultra-modern structure triple the size.
Plumb, now 58, is still acting and most recently appeared as Mrs. Murdoch, the shop teacher, in this year’s “Grease Live.”
